We are only responsible for damage that is directly caused to your vehicle by our equipment while your vehicle is being washed (engine compartment excluded). We are not responsible for damage, if it is a pre-existing condition, accessory or component of your vehicle, that entered our property already damaged or resulted from your negligence or is caused by you or by another customer's actions.
